CRS version 2.0 is currently under development, and it is a complete rewrite
of CRS 1.0. In version 2.0, new features are being added as requested by our
Clients.
The CRS database engine will be replaced with Microsoft SQL Server. The Oracle database
will be added at a later date.
CRS 2.0 provides the tools to:
1. Analyze Complaint Data.
2. Identify Problem areas.
3. Trend the Cost/Savings factor as influenced by Lost and Recovered property.
4. Increase Patient Satisfaction by means of problem resolution.
5. Categorize and cross-reference your complaint categories against leading Accreditations.
